【摘要】:Shippingcontainersareexposedtocomplexdynamicstresseswhensubjectedtovibrationpresentinalltransportationvehicles.Approximatingtheactualdamage,orlackofdamage,experiencedinshippingmayrequiresubjectingthecontainer(s)andcontentstovibrationinputs.Resonantresponsesduringshipmentcanbesevereandmayleadtopackageorproductfailure.Identificationofcriticalfrequencies,andthenatureofpackagestressescanaidinminimizingtheeffectoftheseoccurrences.Vibrationtestsshouldbebasedonrepresentativefielddata.Whenpossible,theconfidencelevelmaybeimprovedbycomparinglaboratorytestresultswithactualfieldshipmentdata.Itishighlyrecommendedthatoneunderstandthemostcommonfailurestoonex2019;sproductsandpackagingindistribution,andthenattempttoreplicatethosefailuresinthelaboratory.Oncesuchreplicationisestablished,thenthattestcanbecometheminimumnecessarytestforfuturepackagedproductstopass.Exposuretovibrationcanaffecttheshippingcontainer,itsinteriorpackaging,meansofclosure,andcontents.Thesetestsallowanalysisoftheinteractionofthesecomponents.Designmodificationtooneormoreofthesecomponentsmaybeutilizedtoachieveoptimumperformanceintheshippingenvironment.MethodsA1andA2,RepetitiveShockTests,aresuitablefortestsofindividualcontainersthataretransportedunrestrainedonthebedofavehicleandmaybesuitablefortestsofcontainersthatmightbesubjectedtorepetitiveshocksduetomagnificationofvibrationsinunitloadsorstacks.Note18212;MethodsA1andA2producedifferentvibrationmotions,andtherefore,willgeneratedifferentforceswhichmayresultindifferentdamagemodesandintensities.Resultsfromthesetwomethodsmaynotcorrelatewithoneanother.MethodB,SingleContainerResonanceTest,testsordeterminestheabilityofanindividualcontaineranditsinteriorpackagingtoprotectthecontentsfromtransportationvibration,particularlywhenthecontaineranditscontentsmightexhibitresonantresponses.Note28212;IndividualproductsthatarepalletizedmightbebettertestedusingMethodC.MethodC,PalletizedLoad,UnitizedLoadorVerticalStackResonanceTest,coversthedeterminationofthepresenceandtheeffectsofresonanceinpalletizedloadsandmultiple-unitstackedloads,andwhetherornotthestrengthofthecontainersissufficienttowithstanddynamicloadswhenstacked.Anyorallofthesetestmethodsmaybeemployed,asdeterminedbytheappropriateperformancespecification,withtestintensities,frequencyranges,andtestdurationsascalledforinthespecification.Althoughthesetestsdonotsimulatetheshippingenvironment,theyareintendedtocreatethedamage-producingpotentialoftheshippingenvironment.Resultsofanyoneofthesemethodsmaydifferfromtheresultsoftheothers.1.1Thesetestmethodscovervibrationtestsoffilledshippingcontainers.Suchtestsmaybeusedtoassesstheperformanceofacontainer,withitsinteriorpackingandmeansofclosure,bothintermsofitsstrengthandoftheprotectionitprovidesitscontentswhenitissubjectedtovibrationsuchasitexperiencesintransportation.Theseproceduresaresuitablefortestingcontainersofanyform,material,kind,designofinteriorpacking,meansofclosure,andanysizeandweight.Theyarenotintendedfordeterminingtheresponseofproductstovibrationforproductdesignpurposes,noraretheyintendedfortestsofp......
