【摘要】:ThispartofISO14644specifiesrequirementsforthedesignandconstructionofcleanroominstallationsbutdoesnotprescribespecifictechnologicalorcontractualmeanstomeettheserequirements.Itisintendedforusebypurchasers,suppliersanddesignersofcleanroominstallationsandprovidesachecklistofimportantparametersofperformance.Constructionguidanceisprovided,includingrequirementsforstart-upandqualification.Basicelementsofdesignandconstructionneededtoensurecontinuedsatisfactoryoperationareidentifiedthroughtheconsiderationofrelevantaspectsofoperationandmaintenance.NOTEFurtherguidanceinrespectoftheaboverequirementsisgiveninannexesAtoH.OtherpartsofISO14644mayprovidecomplementaryinformation.ApplicationofthispartofISO14644isrestrictedinthefollowing:—userrequirementsarerepresentedbypurchaserorspecifier;—specificprocessestobeaccommodatedinthecleanroominstallationarenotspecified;—fireandsafetyregulationsarenotconsideredspecifically;theappropriatenationalandlocalrequirementsshouldberespected;—processmediaandutilityservicesareonlyconsideredwithrespecttotheirroutingbetweenandinthedifferentzonesofcleanliness;—regardinginitialoperationandmaintenance,onlycleanroomconstruction-specificrequirementsareconsidered.
