【摘要】:1ThispartofISO15202specifiesanumberofalternativemethodsforpreparingtestsolutionsfromsamplesofairborneparticulatemattercollectedusingthemethodspecifiedinISO15202-1,forsubsequentdeterminationofmetalsandmetalloidsbyICP-AESusingthemethodspecifiedinISO15202-3.NOTEThesamplepreparationmethodsdescribedinthispartofISO15202aregenerallysuitableforusewithanalyticaltechniquesotherthanICP-AES,e.g.atomicabsorptionspectrometry(AAS)andinductivelycoupledplasmamassspectrometry(ICP-MS).2ThemethodspecifiedinannexBisapplicablewhenmakingmeasurementsforcomparisonwithlimitvaluesforsolublemetalormetalloidcompounds.3OneormoreofthesampledissolutionmethodsspecifiedinannexesCthroughGareapplicablewhenmakingmeasurementsforcomparisonwithlimitvaluesfortotalmetalsandmetalloidsandtheircompounds.Informationontheapplicabilityofindividualmethodsisgiveninthescopeoftheannexinwhichthemethodisspecified.4Thefollowingisanon-exclusivelistofmetalsandmetalloidsforwhichlimitvalueshavebeenset(seereference[1]inthebibliography)andforwhichoneormoreofthesampledissolutionmethodsspecifiedinthispartofISO15202areapplicable.However,thereisnoinformationavailableontheeffectivenessofanyofthespecifiedsampledissolutionmethodsforthoseelementsinitalics.AluminiumCalciumMagnesiumSeleniumTungstenAntimonyChromiumManganeseSilverUraniumArsenicCobaltMercurySodiumVanadiumBariumCopperMolybdenumStrontiumYttriumBerylliumHafniumNickelTantalumZincBismuthIndiumPhosphorusTelluriumZirconiumBoronIronPlatinumThalliumCaesiumLeadPotassiumTinCadmiumLithiumRhodiumTitaniumISO15202isnotapplicabletothedeterminationofelementalmercury,sincemercuryvapourisnotcollectedusingthesamplingmethodspecifiedinISO15202-1.

【摘要】:Thethicknessormassperunitareaofacoatingisoftencriticaltoitsperformance.Forsomecoating-substratecombinations,thebetabackscattermethodisareliablemethodformeasuringthecoatingnondestructively.Thetestmethodissuitableforthicknessspecificationacceptanceifthemassperunitareaisspecified.Itisnotsuitableforspecificationacceptanceifthecoatingthicknessisspecifiedandthedensityofthecoatingmaterialcanvaryorisnotknown.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthebetabackscattergagesforthenondestructivemeasurementofmetallicandnonmetalliccoatingsonbothmetallicandnonmetallicsubstratematerials.1.2Thetestmethodmeasuresthemassofcoatingperunitarea,whichcanalsobeexpressedinlinearthicknessunitsprovidedthatthedensityofthecoatingisknown.1.3Thetestmethodisapplicableonlyiftheatomicnumbersorequivalentatomicnumbersofthecoatingandsubstratedifferbyanappropriateamount(see7.2).1.4Betabackscatterinstrumentsemployanumberofdifferentradioactiveisotopes.Althoughtheactivitiesoftheseisotopesarenormallyverylow,theycanpresentahazardifhandledincorrectly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressthesafetyissuesandtheproperhandlingofradioactivematerials.ItistheresponsibilityoftheusertocomplywithapplicableStateandFederalregulationsconcerningthehandlinganduseofradioactivematerial.SomeStatesrequirelicensingandregistrationoftheradioactiveisotopes.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
