【摘要】:Aknowledgeofthehydrocarboncompositionofprocessstreamsandpetroleumproductsboilingwithintherange205to540x00B0;C(400to1000x00B0;F)isusefulinfollowingtheeffectofchangesinprocessvariables,diagnosingthesourceofplantupsets,andinevaluatingtheeffectofchangesincompositiononproductperformanceproperties.Thismethod,whenusedtogetherwithTestMethodD2786,providesadetailedanalysisofthehydrocarboncompositionofsuchmaterials.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationbyhighionizingvoltage,lowresolutionmassspectrometryof18aromatichydrocarbontypesand3aromaticthiophenotypesinstraightrunaromaticpetroleumfractionsboilingwithintherangefrom205to540176;C(400to1000176;F)(correctedtoatmosphericpressure).Samplesmustbenonolefinic,mustcontainnotmorethan1mass%oftotalsulfur,andmustcontainnotmorethan5%nonaromatichydrocarbons.Compositiondataareinvolumepercent.Note18212;Althoughnamesaregivento15ofthecompoundtypesdetermined,thepresenceofothercompoundtypesofthesameempiricalformulaeisnotexcluded.Allothercompoundtypesinthesample,unidentifiedbynameorempiricalformula,arelumpedintosixgroupsinaccordancewiththeirrespectivehomologousseries.1.2ThevaluesstatedinacceptableSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationpurposesonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
