【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestestmethodsandrequirementsforthestrengthanddurabilityofalltypesofhingespivotingonaverticalaxisandtheircomponentsforallfieldsofapplication.Thetestsconsistoftheapplicationofloads,forcesandvelocitiessimulatingnormalfunctionaluse,aswellasmisuse,thatmightreasonablybeexpectedtooccur.WiththeexceptionofthecorrosiontestinClause6.4,thetestsaredesignedtoevaluatepropertieswithoutregardtomaterials,design/constructionormanufacturingprocesses.Thestrengthanddurabilitytestsonlyrelatetothehingesandthepartsusedfortheattachment,e.g.mountingplatesandscrews.Thestrengthanddurabilitytestsarecarriedoutinatestframewithspecifiedproperties.Thetestresultscanonlybeusedasaguidetotheperformanceofapieceoffurniture.Thetestresultsareonlyvalidforthehingestested.Theseresultsmaybeusedtorepresenttheperformanceofproductionmodelsprovidedthatthetestedmodelisrepresentativeoftheproductionmodel.Withtheexceptionofcorrosion,ageingandtheinfluenceofheatandhumidityarenotincluded.AnnexA(normative):Requirementsforproductinformation.AnnexB(normative):Loadsandcycles.
